Contact Insurance
The broker, agent, or underwriter is contacted by the insured within a few minutes of the accident happening.They initiate an accident assessment on the portal

Solver
A solver is sent to them at the scene, professionally and empathetically engaging the customer. Report is done once the solver arrives and is sent to Solvit

Company
Valuation team approves and sends it to the company for a desktop assessment and then it is up to them to decide if they need to assess further depending on the damage.
