Our process
How it Works
Once we have received the request to inspect a vehicle, we notify the customer and our roaming solvers get to the location as soon as possible. Once there, the solver conducts the inspection service and submits the report to Solvit which is then made available on our platform.

Partner
A request is submitted digitally by the channel partner.

Customer
Customer receives an alert on their phone and proceed to confirm required details either themselves or through our call centre.

Solver
Roaming Solver attends to the customer.

Report
Report is submitted and made available to the channel partner and customer.
