Digital Claim Form Submission

The solver assists the customer to complete a digitized version of the claim form that is submitted to the insurance company for processing.

On-site or Off-Site Vehicle Inspection

The vehicle is inspected by the Solver at the point of arrival whether at the scene of the accident or off the scene. Giving the company an indication of the extent of damage to the vehicle.

Fast Turnaround

The accident report form is submitted on site through the app and made immediately available to the company.

Our process

How it works

Once we have received the request to inspect a vehicle, we notify the customer and our roaming solvers get to the location as soon as possible. Once there, the solver conducts the inspection service and submits the report to Solvit which is then made available on our platform.

Insurance Company

Insurance company initiates accident report request on the solvit dashboard

Call Center

Our call center team contacts the customer to confirm that a Solver is on their way to assist them with reporting the accident to the insurance company.

Customer

Once connected to a Solver the customer receives an alert confirming the details of the solver who will be attending to them, including a mobile number and name.

Solver

Roaming Solver attends to the customer and collects information on site. Including: Driver Information, Vehicle Inspection, Scene Details and other elements of the claim form.

Report

Report is submitted and made available to the channel partner and customer.
